How long do I have to return my package?

  • You have 14 days after you have (received) your package to return it to us.

You can return your item(s) if they are damaged or defective - but also if you simply cannot fit them or regret your purchase. We cannot offer to send you a new item, as the products are not in stock and are in limited quantities, so you will therefore receive a full refund of the amount and not a new product.


When your return item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then you can try to contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is published.
